Tuesday. Well you can see from the pictures, the giant cheeto bag. It was the birthday of an investigator, and my comp really wanted to get her something big... so that’s what we got her. It was actually super cheap. It would come out to be about $5. Three whole kilos.
Wednesday. This day we had divisions, with the other members of our district. However because they live so far away, we work, the both of us in their area. Most of their appointments fell through. So then they had plans to have me and Elder Rincon to visit this girl of about 20 years.......... apparently she likes green eyes........ to my luck she wasn’t there. Oh those elders..... they called me Elder Ken........
Thursday. This was zone conference. We had to go all the way to the city.... so far away.... I hate traveling in buses. And we got there 1 hour late. That’s not really a good thing. Ask Nathan, showing up at a zone conference an hour late is just bad news. But actually it wasn’t really our fault. Well kind of. We were supposed to take the bus 61... and we took the bus 61A.... Who knew there was a difference? The conference was actually really good. But it lasted until like 4. And we didn’t get back to our house until like 8 at night. Too late to do any work.
Friday. We taught this man who is very old. Or at least we tried.... he can’t remember anything we teach him, but he wants to be baptized. So we will see what happens. Sunday. Well Gonzalo got confirmed. We visited a few members. While we were waiting to give our numbers to the zone leaders we watched this movie called Heavenly Fathers Plan. It is from the 80s; I would suggest watching it, it made me laugh....
